The staff here is so kind and caring, on top of having amazing bagels, they really made my experience wonderful and I will definitely be returning!

I ordered the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich with one egg on an everything bagel, a blueberry muffin, and a classic large cold brew shake. Let me tell you, everything was fresh and delicious! Great portions for the price. $13.38 was what I paid for sandwich with blueberry muffin on the side. I paid $7.99 for the large cold brew shake. The Maplehouse Egg Sandwich has cage-free eggs with pork sausage, bacon, and cheddar. I particularly like the honey almond shmear! It's a nice nutty, not too sweet cream cheese spread. This is giving just the right amount of salty and sweet. My bagel came cut in half. The blueberry muffin was delicious, blueberries are baked into the muffin and it has a cinnamon-streusel crumble topping. The cold brew shake is cold brew coffee blended with sweet cream, your choice of vanilla, caramel, or chocolate (I chose chocolate) and topped with whipped cream. I ordered these items through Uber Eats for my lunch one day and I was pleasantly surprised. I already love bagels, I would recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels to my friends and family.

Brandon had excellent customer service and made our first visit here feel very welcoming. These people have smiles on their faces and great personalities. Bagels and coffee are excellent, exactly what you would expect from Einstein Bros Bagels.

I usually order online, but with the warm weather I decided to come in and dine instead. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and my Farmhouse Sandwich with the flaky hash browns was absolutely amazing! One of the young ladies went above and beyond by showing me a photo of a sandwich I was interested in that didn’t have a picture on the menu board. That level of customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be trying it next time. It may not be Bruegger’s, but honestly, I can barely tell the difference. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. Keep up the excellent work!

I'm be serious... I honestly thought Brueggers Bagels was gonna be rebranded so much sooner than now ... However, here we are, 28 years later and I still excited about having an Einstein Bros Bagels in my area instead of having to drive back to metro Detroit. I actually love that there are more healthier , gourmet bagel choices, such as Ancient Grains and Spinach Florentine. I had to go for the Classic Lox sandwich with Spinach Florentine - the Sammie tasted amazing. I also had to get a toasted Garlic bagel (yes, Garlic is now able to be ordered through the app, unlike previous) with Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese. The pieces of garlic are actually softer, unlike the Brueggers Bagels incarnation, which were like a rasp to the roof of my mouth. Great to see that the previous BB staff get brought into the EBB brand store. Other than missing the sun-dried tomato spread that was proprietary to Brueggers, I completely welcome EBB in Greater Lansing.
